Three months have already passed since the grand opening of the reconstructed Bauer’s villa to the public. What is the first hindsight?
• The villa has been visited by almost one thousand visitors!
• The monument has become a popular trip destination for the public: families, theme trips of people interested in art and architecture as well as tourist clubs and senior clubs
• We have received prominent Czech and foreign experts: e.g. Ing. Ina Truxová, specialist in historic parks and gardens from the National Heritage Institute, Mrs. Beáta Majdišová, advisor of the Czech Minister of Culture, or Jack Enwegen, Manager of the Czech Section of the European Commission’s DG Regio
• The Bauer’s villa also attracts media interest: Czech TV has broadcasted a report in the programme called Roaming Camera, some contributions have been broadcasted also by Czech Radio, articles have been published in technical papers (magazines Lining, Tiling, Sanitary Fittings, Ceramics and Glass, etc.)
